Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, as a Data Subject you have the right to:

- request information if your personal data has been processed,

- know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if processing was lawful, and notification of such action to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
Please submit requests regarding these rights by email to info@hncmobility.com or by other methods under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to Gayrettepe, Beyazdut Sk. No:6, 34349 Beşiktaş/İstanbul. Applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. As a rule no fee is charged; if the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
The Data Subject undertakes that information subject to this notice is complete, accurate, and up to date, and will update it promptly if it changes. The Company has no liability if up-to-date information is not provided.
If you make a request that results in any of your personal data being unavailable for use by the Company, you may not fully benefit from the Site, and any responsibility arising in that context rests with you.
